HOW DO THE LEVELS WORK??
Hey CPG fam! So there seems to be some confusion around how the levels work & how to progress. In summary - Level ONE - Very limited access Level TWO - Access to most classroom modules Level THREE - FREE 1:1 Mentoring call with CPG To quickly get to LEVEL 2 - comment and like 5-6 posts. You can easily bang those out in less than 10 mins, and it should tick over to level 2. And don't be made if i taunt you over DM to get to level 2, i do it because I care :) If you head over to the very first module which says ''Watch this first'', you will see I have pinned this post to it so you can leave your questions on here as you watch the instructional vidoes. If you have any questions, please comment below :)

HERE ARE THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES NEW BIZ OWNERS MAKE 👎
These are the most common errors small allied health business owners make that you should avoid! Take it from me, I have made the exact same mistakes! 1. Spending unneccessary money on the following - => Websites => Short courses (you learn f**k all in one day!) => SEO/Marketing agencies (learn how to book and build relationships first) => Unnecessary space with ridiculously high overheads ; why are you paying $800 a week, let alone an extra room you do not need right now? 2.Setting up shop in a place with NO foot traffic or a completely EMPTY eco system.. 3. Free info hunting and not sticking to one or two reliable sources of information - this creates dilution of attention, leading to confusion & diltuion of results! 4. Letting people go without rebooking! => Clinicians letting clients go and not understanding why they are not rebooking => Not applying a treatment plan to rebooking strategy 5. Giving away % discounts as intial offer ; this BARELY works! => No one cares about 20%, 505, 80% - either give a dollar discount so they understand the value of the discount OR just give away the first one for free! Just by avoiding these mistakes, you can increase your cashflow by AT LEAST 20% each month. I even have the stats to prove it.. Wanna see?? 😉 If you want to put this to the test, you MUST be at LEVEL 3 to jump on a FREE call with me to put together your own personalised game plan! LETS KEEP COMMENTING AND LIKING TO GET TO LEVEL 3 CHOP CHOP!

NEW CASE STUDY - CHRONIC “PINS/NEEDLES” IN HANDS
36 YO F presented to me with a chronically stiff neck and shoulders, and reports that she occasionally experiences “pins & needles” in both her hands as well as headaches. Dx - A) Cx spine = degen (mod) ; postural overload symptoms of Cx/Thx spine stabilizers (mod/chronic) B) Scapular/shoulder = postural overload symptoms of scapulohumeral stabilisers (mod/chronic) ; b/g of scapular instability (mod) ; ?MDI GH joint C) Neural = ?Exiting Cx spinal nerve root compression ; transient bilateral neuritis (mild) Tissue integrity - ?Hypermobile ; ?EDS Treatment over the next 3 weeks - A) Manual therapy through scapular/thx/cx - Deep tissue/joint mobilizations/dry needling/fire cupping B) Rehab focus - Scapular stability (shrugs/chest & face pulls/seated rows etc) Treatment helped address her stiffness & headaches. However, the pins and needles didn’t disappear. And are worst in the morning. Referred for Chiro ; regular weekly adjustments for a further 3 weeks ; nil change in symptoms a/a. She says the pins and needles happens most in the morning when she brushes her teeth. Where do you think I went from here? What other considerations to her current symptoms did I make that changed my diagnosis? SHOOT

You are not following up with your clients properly!
To maximize your bookings and cash flow, consistently follow up with clients by checking in on their injury progress, assessing their rehab journey, and offering ongoing support through memberships or additional services. By maintaining regular and timely touchpoints, you can ensure that clients feel cared for, stay engaged, and continue returning for necessary treatments. A personalised approach combined with timely follow-ups will increase client satisfaction and improve retention rates.

THIS IS WHY YOUR PAID ADS AREN’T WORKING!
As a small business owner, you have and will eventually dabble with paid ads at some stage to help boost traffic and cash flow. However, you do not know how to run ads on your own. So, you know what you do? You get on a MARKETING AGENCY that charges you $5k p/m and guarantees you CRAZY numbers for lead generation each month. BUT – why are not all of them converting? The problem is in the QUALIFYING questions. The questions that agencies ask are WAY too generic, and although that may be attracting many people per month, they are attracting the wrong people. Check out this module in classroom under “Treatment Notes” to read about how an ad works, and see examples of what questions should and shouldn’t be used.
