Can you help me??
Can you train me even if I'm under ,18?. I'm 17 want to learn how to do chalistenics and my goal is to try and achieve a handstand push up. Sooo can you help me plz??

Basic workouts
Could someone give me a basic workout for callisthenics each day or just 1 workout a day that targets everything and maybe how much reps and sets of it

Do you have a pull-up bar? Basically just pushups and pullups are good basics for a month, one day pullups and chin ups the other pushups and diamond pushups the other rest then repeat for about a month then add something like pike pushup and harder variations
Lsit to handstand
I unlocked my first Lsit to handstand yesterday. It was my dream and it has been achieved i am so proud of myself. I’m 20 years old and 1,87 tall and weigh 87kg.

I recently broke my wristttt. 😅 and now I'm stuck with leg day and a bunch of sit ups and stuff. anyone exercise recommendations that don't involve my wrists?

I don't know much but just I hope you get better soon, also try Training for pistol squats if you don't have it

@Rebecca Duan good luck and hey don't over do it recovery is still important even if it seems like you're using other muscles so it's fine make sure you're sleeping well and eating plenty
