Hello fellow Canadian! I’m here for the same reasons, and I’m always interested to see what speaks to each of us the most. I’ve never aligned with Tarot, but I consistently connect with Numerology and Astrology as tools for accessing and "verifying" my felt knowing. I’m looking to deepen that faculty. From what I’m understanding, the I Ching may be a superior tool for this particular development. Has anyone here delved into that? I’d love to hear how it has shifted your process.

@Antoni S Pellegrino interesting. I've not seen that space yet but will now look.. while mine is not specifically rooted in one polarity, I see the value in temples and traditions that separate them. It can offer a lot. Admitadly the solar nature of the masculine I dare say was one of the major issues and a part of the downfall of the Golden Dawn. A strictly solar space can lean too far in that direction. What are your thoughts there?

@Antoni S Pellegrino I wanted to say firstly, you nailed this perfectly. Your essay hits on a fundamental truth: prayer is not a petition, but an Alignment. In its original form, it was a high-level operation designed to reach that exact state of internal silence you described—where the egoic mind stops its management and allows the "True I" to resonate. ​The universe is a constant "Yes," but it is responding specifically to the vibration of our state. This is why the traditions call for chanting and the "bursting" of words. Sound is the first step of materialization; it is the Logos bringing the "Above" into the "Below." ​However, as your essay suggests, those words only carry weight when they are "Trued." If they are spoken from the egoic noise, they are hollow, and the universe aligns with that truth. But when they are spoken from that silent center, they carry the mass of the Monad. When we prayerfully aligned, we are seeking the Divine that we are a "Monad" of—the indivisible fragment of the All. That is the silance. In many Western traditions, this is the "Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel"—the connection to our highest, truest self. ​When we reach that silence, our internal landscape becomes a perfect mirror. We cause the alignment with the light "Above," and the "Effect" in our physical reality cannot be helped. The "Without" simply begins to mirror the "Within." ​Thank you for this essay, Antoni. It most certainly can be! Thank you for the welcome. 🤗 ​My process over those years was arduous... I’ve found that while we often look for the "happy" in self-discovery, it’s actually the grit that holds the true power when we reclaim it. It’s that alchemical flip—transmuting the lead into gold. ​Tilling, digging, and uprooting together to unearth that gold reduces the burden. I’ve witnessed people fall into those inner pits alone, and circling in that rawness is hard. Sometimes, just having someone there to witness the process is what allows the weight to ease. ​For the first ten years, I studied—reading backward in time through original texts and historical orders. Then, ten years ago, I got serious about the actual "digging." It took a long time to move through that first realm below, and if a welcoming community like this had existed then, it would have been a game-changer. ​Most traditional orders tend to gatekeep rather than open up. I actually just finished listening to Paola and Nick Farrell discuss how the framework is often there, but the open sharing required for others to truly awaken is missing. For a community like this to exist now... I welcome being a voice here to aid others on their path however I can.
