Very stressful day, would have eaten shit if I wasn’t doing this.. so a massive massive win
Week 2
Started at 16st 6.6lb Current 16st 2lb One thing I wasn’t during, was weighing butter if added it to toast, or oil onto a pan but saw a video which reminded me the difference between a 80 cal fried egg to a 200 cal egg was all in the oil We deviate away from the straight line so was a good reminder to rein that in also. A good first day, not trained at all yet, just calories but got the itch for it again so joining the gym this week!

Day 2! Fight
Day 2 - A day mainly at a seminar hearing about the future with AI and Robotics in Healthcare! A subject I absolutely love ! Saw some amazing technology. Kept to my calories, so nice to be eating good food, and food that’s tracked! Headache, dealing with politics so popped back into the hospital to try sort some stuff out. Could have easily stopped off at the services and got some chocolate, I didn’t! I’m a comfort eater so being accountable and motivated by everyone here - the day was a win
