@John Hill I ran 1:57:40 6 weeks ago, probably could have gone better if I fueled better. My easy pace is around 10:15-10:45 keeping heart rate under 145. No concerns on consistency. I'll get all sessions in until October. I haven't run 18-20 yet, but I have 11 Saturday which isn't scary to me at all right now. I have no conerns about increasing mileage. I haven't like I felt was just holding on. Tempo Work today (1.5mi at 9:25 pace, 2.5mi at 7:53pace, 1.5mi at 9:25 pace) super easy.
