Chest to bar pull ups
I've been practicing muscle ups right now but I still can't seem to get over the bar. I also don't know how to do chest to bar. The highest I can pull is prob my shoulders (with no swing). Can someone give me some tips please on how to unlock chest to bar. My average for pull ups is about 6-10 btw.

Hey man! Try to use bands. In my experience I have learned CLEAN muscle ups by bands. If it gets too easy try a lighter one. They help pretty good and gave me a solid form. Keep it up!💪

As the title says: when i try to do a good form l sit the 2 thin muscles in my popliteal flex and i cant get my leg in a perfect L form, how would i combat this?
