Chest to bar pull ups
I've been practicing muscle ups right now but I still can't seem to get over the bar. I also don't know how to do chest to bar. The highest I can pull is prob my shoulders (with no swing). Can someone give me some tips please on how to unlock chest to bar. My average for pull ups is about 6-10 btw.

Trouble taking rest days
Anyone else having trouble to rest? For me it's super hard cause I can't sit still. Doing calisthenics is just really addicting. I'm having trouble taking rest days though. Eventhough I'm injured I can't take a rest day. Anyone else having the same problem? Also please give some tips to overcome it.

My stats rn (female) 12-20 push ups 5-10 pull ups 7 sec L sit 1 pike push up (Not consistent tho) Practicing handstands rn (Almost unlocked)
