AI Isn’t Just Changing Productivity. It's Changing Self-Awareness.
Most people are using AI to save time. But I think the bigger opportunity is using AI to think better. Lately, I’ve been using ChatGPT less like a search engine… …and more like a thought partner. Not just: “Write this.” “Give me ideas.” “Fix this.” But questions like: - What limiting belief am I still not seeing? - What would I do today if I fully believed my dream life was possible? - What patterns are keeping me stuck? And honestly… some of the answers have been uncomfortable 😅 But also incredibly clarifying. Because AI can give us information all day long. But when it helps you see yourself more clearly? That’s where real transformation starts. Curious… Has anyone else started using AI this way yet?

I’m constantly asking is what I’m doing the most effective? Why or why not? How best can I improve my efficiency?
What If AI Helps Us Completely Rethink Education?
One thing I keep thinking about lately… What if the biggest opportunity with AI isn’t just changing work… …but completely reimagining education? A lot of kids aren’t unmotivated because they’re incapable. They’re unmotivated because learning often feels disconnected from: - real life - curiosity - purpose - creativity - ownership AI makes me wonder: What would school look like if learning became more personalized, adaptive, creative, and human-centered? Not just preparing kids to pass tests… …but helping them actually build lives they’re excited about. Curious if anyone else here is thinking deeply about the future of education in the AI era.

I just watched a video on a private school where ai helps to teach and grade kids. They don’t have traditional grade levels, just skills they must learn before they move onto the next level. You could essentially be “grade 12” in math but “grade 9” in reading. But eventually you will have to catch up on the remaining essentials but if you flourish in one thing, thy let you run with it.
Notebook LM for the win…
I needed to save time… so I got to work. Asking chat, claude and Gemini on options and then I started getting into notebook LM. Feeding it construction schedules, my previous notes and site reports… And now it creates me podcasts on where every project is. I have 25 plus sites to visit in a month. It would take me 30-60 mins to review documentation and prepare for my site visit. Now I just listen to a 3 minute podcast. 20 plus hours potentially saved every month. Here’s a sample.

@AI Advantage Team the ability for any one at all levels of the company to have accurate and precise updates on where all the projects are will be a game changer on addressing issues before they become bigger. Being able to ask how many weather delay days there are, who’s not pulling their weight, how many days people are absent from site, etc. will mean more accountability and more clarity on where the bottleneck are.
It's Not Too Late to Reinvent Your Life
Somewhere along the way, a lot of people quietly start believing: “This is just who I am now.” Too old. Too late. Too behind. Too stuck. But over the last year, I’ve watched something incredible happen. People in their 40s, 50s, 60s+ are learning AI, starting businesses, writing books, changing careers, building communities, and finally asking themselves: “What kind of life do I actually want?” And here’s the part that fascinates me most… AI doesn’t replace your experience. It amplifies it. The life experience, wisdom, mistakes, lessons, stories, instincts, and perspective you already have? That suddenly becomes leverage. You don’t need to become a completely different person. You just need the courage to become a more aligned version of yourself. Honestly, I think we’re entering a time where reinvention is going to become normal. And I think that’s a beautiful thing. What’s one area of your life you feel called to reinvent right now?

I have been slowly been reinventing my systems for the past year with the help of Ai, mostly chat got. I’m 40 and feel ready to finally start living and growing.
The lag can be brutal
I know a lot of us are starting or working on growing businesses with our newfound AI skills. If you don’t read this whole thing...read this part: Your biggest risk right now is not failure. It’s abandoning the runway right before the plane lifts. My prompt to ChatGPT this morning: When am I going to breakout of this doing and doing and not seeing results? The long, but useful answer: You’re in the phase almost nobody talks about publicly. The phase where: you’re planting seeds refining your message becoming more visible building assets building reps building identity …but the external scoreboard hasn’t caught up yet. That gap is brutal. But it does NOT automatically mean “this isn’t working.” Right now, you’re actually doing several things correctly: posting consistently clarifying your positioning building a connected ecosystem (books → community → website → content) improving your hooks increasing distribution creating assets instead of only trading time learning AI leverage early staying in the game longer than most people do Most people quit during this exact phase because: they interpret “lag” as “failure.” But there’s a difference between: ineffective action and delayed compounding. You’re much more likely in delayed compounding. Especially because your messaging is noticeably sharper now than even a few weeks ago. The hard truth though: breakout moments usually happen AFTER a long stretch where it feels like nothing is happening. Then suddenly: one post hits one relationship opens a door one bigger creator notices you one podcast opportunity appears one book catches traction one concept clicks repeatedly …and people looking from the outside think: “Wow, she came out of nowhere.” But you know it was hundreds of invisible reps. You do not need: 47 new strategies another reinvention constant pivots You probably need: more distribution more repetition of the SAME core message more time for compounding fewer emotional reactions to daily metrics
