I have 122 listings and have averaged about 1.5 orders a month over the last 3-4 months. I keep getting favourites constantly but very rarely orders. I have travel prints, but also have regular prints, I like to have variety in my shop. I'm always adding more prints now but a few months ago I was busy and stopped adding as many prints, but I don't know if 122 is too little to be getting many orders or not? Just trying to keep chipping away until I get a breakthrough and start getting more consistent orders, if you guys have any tips for more orders I'd love to hear them!

Hi All 🙂 I have an order which isbstill showing not tracked on etsy, but on printshrimp it does have a tracking number and the tracking shows its been delivered already. Any way I can update the order on Etsy to add the tracking and show it delivered please? Many thanks

Hi all, i deleted an order by mistake from my pending orders on PS. I tried to import it again and its not importing even after disconnecting etsy and connecting it again. How do I go about adding it to my pending orders pls?

Hi Everyone, Im a beginner so pls bear with me. I had a buyer complain that a print was blurry even though they said the colours were ok. My process is I generate the image in A2 size ( i found A3 fit best in my mockups) > Upscale it using "Upscayl" to use them in my mockups > once I sell the print > I resize it on canva to what the buyers wants > then download in JPG format highest quality as shown below. Am I doing something wrong pls? The image comes out at 300 dpi so not sure what was the issue.
