The joke: Me: I'm terrified of random letters. Therapist: You are? Me: (screams) Therapist: oh...I see... Me: (screams intensifies) The breakdown: The person says: “I’m terrified of random letters.” The therapist asks: “You are?” But “you are” sounds exactly like the letters “U and R.” So from the patient’s perspective: The therapist just said random letters (“U and R”), which triggers their fear so they scream. Then: The therapist says: “Oh… I see…” “Oh I see” sounds like the letters “O, I and C.” So again the patient screams even louder.

What would life be like if everyone were kind, if wars doesn’t exists, if evil people didn’t exist? If there were no distance between lovers, if no one suffered , if… But isn’t that the point of this life? We can’t reach everlasting happiness, because this life is not the real one, it won’t last, it’s only temporary. Maybe in another life? The life after death, where there there is no more pain, fear, wars, bad people,… Right now, I pray to be a good person, to hold on to hope, to keep trying everyday, to be grateful everyday, to stay close to God, to remind myself of the meaning of life and my purpose in it, to find peace and happiness within myself, to be with people I love the most, to live this life as peacefully and happily as possible 🤍.
