So last week I had the honor of being coached for 1 hr by an IG Growth + Marketing Coach and let me say that she helped me out tremendously in eliminating my analysis paralysis when it comes to figuring out WHAT TO POST I'm sure plenty of you that are looking to build personal brands probably suffer from these same issues too haha So I want to share the wealth and provide the exact insights she gave me to help me get started in posting more consistently and helping me find clarity in my content/niche pivot 1) Figure out your top 3 Content Pillars - these are the core themes/topics that make up the foundation of your marketing message 2) Start with a 5-day 1 post/day content calendar - take turns alternating your topics each day 3) Allow your audience to see your face with Talking Head reels - make them 30 sec in length (nothing >1 min), be straight to the point. One of the KINGS of this style of content is @higherupwellness, definitely check him out! 4) Gain new followers by making Short Form reels - make them 4-8 sec long, include some B-roll footage in the background, Follow this formula for the caption on screen: Hook, Value, Call to Action 5) Include at most 5 relevant hashtags in your caption - try not to include hashtags that are too generic, the algorithm will drown you out 6) Pay attention to the right metrics - tap on "View Insights", pay attention to Watch Time, Average watch time, ratio of Followers/Non-Followers Hope these help you out!
