50 powerful coaching questions (do u want a copy?)
i didn't create the coaching biz i have now JUST bc i understand biz stuff (offers, messaging, enrollment skills, & how to get people to want ur shit) i also built it bc i am good at what i do i strengthened my COACHING muscle relentlessly but it wasn't always this way before coaching was second nature, i used to sit with a list of 50 powerful coaching questions in front of me that I collected over the years from different places, coaches, events, and so on i always had a deep question to ask my clients to help them have an insight or create a shift they served me well but now, it's time for them to serve others i want you to have them if u want them so we're giving them to anyone who wants em comment "50" and we'll get them over to ya mushhhh 🍄‍🟫 love to y'all!

This would be amazing! Thank you! As Nurses, we tend to teach instead or coach. Its a new muscle to build!
Currently wrapped in a blanket and refusing to move 🤒
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Nurses are the first ones to tell patients to rest, slow down, drink water, take their medicine, and the last ones to do it for themselves. Had to be forced off my feet today to remember that I am not exempt from needing rest. And neither are you. Your finances, your patients, your family… none of it works better when you are running on empty. So today's question is simple 👇 What is ONE thing you do (or wish you did) to actually take care of yourself? No judgment. Rest counts. Netflix counts. Sleeping in counts. Drop it below let's normalize nurses taking care of nurses. 💚

@Jenny Landis I hear that. Whats worse is that you want to help, but you know that if you pick up, then you are subject to the same trauma.

@Jenny Landis That is awesome! Give it an honest go, and if you don’t feel aligned, then plan your exit
ur time to shine ☀️
cool opportunity for y’all 🔥 lately i’ve been hearing something… peeps talking about how public speaking isn’t their strong suit, or they get nervous in front of a camera, or they don’t really know how to talk about what they do so i wanna help y’all with that by giving u an opportunity to do what we will likely call SANDBOX SESSIONS these will be live calls where you will get a 15-20 min window to share a workshop, quick presentation, or a short blurb on who u are and what u do this will be great practice for ya before u go do the thing in front of strangers additionally, u can get some helpful feedback from us as a community if you’re interested in doing one comment below and share what u want to do urs on

@Micah Walker Well, as I have been evolving, I am leaning into my passion of financial coaching with nurses, so I want to share how financial literacy helped me go from stressed about loosing a job to 🤷‍♀️ “go ahead fire me”
A new season for nurse-coaches!
Hey new friends! I spent Valentine’s Day reflecting on what I’m grateful for. The quiet moments. The people who hold me up. The work that keeps calling me forward. And as the Lunar New Year shifts, we’re also closing the chapter of the Wood Snake. A season of shedding, healing, and deep inner reflection and stepping into the Fire Horse energy… movement, courage, and momentum. For those of us in nursing and coaching spaces, this time of year can feel tender and powerful at the same time. We hold so much for others, and yet we’re also being asked to listen to what’s changing within us. If you’re in a season of transition, you’re not alone. A few gentle questions to reflect on: ~ What am I grateful for from this past season, even the hard parts? ~ What part of me is ready to shed or soften as I move forward? ~Where is my courage being called right now, in my life, my voice, or my work? To all the nurse coaches and caregivers here: your presence matters more than you know. This in-between space is not a setback. It’s a recalibration. You’re allowed to grow. You’re allowed to shift. You’re allowed to step into a new kind of fire.🔥 Here’s a random photo some Lego fun. 🤩

@Jenny Landis Doing well, slow and steady I suppose 🥴
👶 Denielle here!
- 🍄 Who are ya?! Hey everyone, my name is Denielle. I am a mom of 3, nurse for over 18 years in Pediatric ER and NICU. Apparently I like baby diapers better than Adult ones. - 🛝 Favorite Nickelodeon show? Ummm, I am old, so we had "You can't do that on Television" back in the 80's where they got slimmed on TV! - 🛼 Ur current biz challenge? My biggest Biz challange, besides realizing that I probably have ADHD and thats why I have so many "ideas" is trying to "find" my niche as a Nurse and what I can offer. Can't wait to meet everyone!
