I love Hermes but tell me if I am wrong
I've been working with Hermes for a while now, and I barely use Claude, Codex, or the other tools. Let me tell you why. Like many of you here, I've worked with context, files, and all of that. But for me, it's not the same when I want to create content as when I want to do something else. Even if it has the context, I don't want one profile to get bloated with too much information. If one profile is in charge of specific daily tasks, and I have another one, for example, in charge of content, I want the one in charge of content to learn, to know me, to always pick up on my tone, without having to constantly go through files that are lying around somewhere. I want it to just know me from the start. And I only get that with Hermes. Because Hermes has its memory, which is basically its soul. It has the user files that it will always check and learn from, and they are files (I know) but learns on its own natively, without me having to tell it much. So personally, in my case and in my opinion, Hermes is the best assistant that exists right now. But what do you guys think?

An interview and a new style.
A new animation style on top of the 16-bit one that I created, as well as an amazing interview I had today with Jackson Bennett Keep an eye out for another YouTube video coming soon where I give you all a tutorial on how to make animations and videos like this

@Drew Moffitt Assume uing tghe remotion skill I did a few of them at the begining of the year
It's not just well-structured files and folders.
How do you stop tasks and conversations from repeating each other? I built a Kanban board on top of my context. Whoever's on shift, Claude Code, Codex, anyone, knows where we stand. No circles reading files.

@Matthew Mazur Ok, that could be instead of a skill being a hook...

@Matthew Mazur The big advantage is the agent will do it no matter what, and set there the condition to check the tokens.
The Clief Epiphany
So, I think that creating multi-agents are very complicated to manage. So I prefer skills over agents but also I think we have to build mini Harnesses instead of just simple subfolders... What you think?

@Emmanuel Savard Dimanche That is cool...
This framework but other models...
I'm curious has anyone adapted or adopted this framework to work with any of the other Frontier models like Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok etc. If so what does this adaption look like? what did you do to make this work without having to recreate everything? I see a future where my root folder has a Claude.md, a Gemini.md etc and when i use that LLM and my folder structure it just works.....

First link the memory files, AGENTS.md for almost all the models, and CLAUDE.md. Now create a Kanban folder for todo and a bitacora.md to have all the models on the same page; that way you don't bloat the memory files... It is the way I do it. I've been doing this since the end of December. Now this is a "thing." I don't believe in a one way to do it; the magic here is that you can adapt it in your own way
