The “cost of growth”
Growth is expensive. (And I’m not talking about money). Body: The "Growth Gap" is paved with things we have to leave behind. • It costs you the comfort of being liked by everyone. • It costs you the safety of "staying small." • It costs you the friendships that only bonded over complaining. I’ve realized that to step into my 2026 vision, I have to be willing to pay the price of being misunderstood for a while. It’s lonely at the construction site before the building is finished, but the view from the top will be worth it. The Question: What is the hardest thing you’ve had to "prune" from your life to make room for your growth lately? ✂️

@Krista Melanson I love that. Building a world where your inner circle is your greatest priority isn't just a preference it’s a legacy. There’s no better investment! ❤️"

@Aslam Khatri That means a lot, Aslam! 🙏 I truly believe in the mission you’ve started here, so it’s easy to show up and share from the heart. Looking forward to growing right along with this community! 🚀🎯"
My 2026 Master Plan - The Vision Statement
This year, I did something a little different. Instead of setting resolutions or goals, I wrote a vision statement for myself and then made an action plan from there! By posting it here, I hope to hold myself accountable. "2026 is the year I step fully into the strongest, clearest, most confident version of myself. I build a body that feels powerful, a mind that feels focused, and a life that feels intentional. I lead with compassion and authority, mentor others with generosity, and speak with confidence and presence. I create financial stability that gives me freedom and peace. I nurture relationships that matter and release what no longer serves me. I travel, learn, grow, and express my creativity. I read, study, and apply what I learn so I evolve every month. I simplify my environment, strengthen my routines, and honour my purpose. This is the year I rise into the woman I know I can be disciplined, joyful, connected, and unstoppable." What's your personal vision statement?

@Emma Collins There is so much power in 'leading with compassion and authority.' It’s rare to see someone balance both. My 2026 vision is to be the calm in the chaos. I want my presence to be a grounded space for others while I relentlessly pursue my own creative growth. Thank you for the reminder to move with intention rather than just speed!"

Monday Leadership Reset- Choose Your Standard
A new week is a chance to choose how you show up, not how much you do. Growth begins when you decide on a personal standard — something you’re willing to honor consistently, even on ordinary days. For this week: - What is one standard you want to live by? - In which pillar does it matter most:self-improvement, productivity, fitness, or mental & physical well-being? Keep it simple. Clarity first. Action follows. — Aslam

@Krista Melanson "I love that you see it that way! If everyone treated it as common sense, the world would look a lot different. Holding yourself to that 'common sense' standard is exactly what sets a true leader apart from the crowd. Rooting for you!"

@Krista Melanson That alignment between teaching and living is where the magic happens! For me, I think the most important 'common sense' lesson is that we aren't our thoughts. Just because a thought enters your head doesn't mean you have to invite it to dinner. Learning to observe your mind without being controlled by it changes everything."

Question: In an AI-driven year, which "Human Superpower" are you prioritizing this quarter?

The 'Growth Gap' is often just the distance between what the machine can do and what only you can do. I chose Non-Reactive Interaction because, in an automated world, being the person who doesn't panic is a massive competitive advantage. Which one of these feels the most 'out of your comfort zone'?"
