@Krista Melanson that helps so much. Just the awareness and mindfulness makes us go so far that we can make it a daily routine- I have a friend of mine who exercises on daily basis- the other day she said -it’s like brushing my teeth. When we follow the routine everything becomes like Brushing the teeth. Let’s keep it up.
