The lessons have begun…
Hi guys, Lesson 1 is ready. It’s in your classroom in the deal sourcing section. Every lesson is accompanied with a PDF guide to basically tell you what to do next and when to do it. What's coming next: Friday, Lesson 2. Setting up your limited company properly. SIC codes, holding companies, Ltd vs sole trader, and the tax side explained simply. Monday, Lesson 3. Getting compliant. AML, redress scheme, ICO, insurance, and the right documents in place, so you can start listing deals. For now, enjoy Lesson 1. Got a question? Post it in the community as its own post. We're building these lessons from your questions, and yours could be in the next one. James

Thanks James - looking forward to getting started on these, hopefully breaking it into steps will keep me on track!
Deal sourcing
I'm starting out in property and opened up the trading company and compliance. Ready to find and sell quality deals. Looking to put learning into practice and generate cash flow to invest into holding assets for wealth consolidation. That's the plan!

@Andrew Richards kind of the same always been interested but never had the capital or guts or time to really run with a purchase. I think confidence is what I’m looking to get aswell.
How feasible is it to earn consistently with property sourcing deals?
So I’ve been part of a Skool community before and it helped launch one of my businesses. Something I learned to do was to ask questions so here I am with my Questions. I’m completely new to property sourcing and packaging deals. It sounds like something I would enjoy and could be good at. But I want to ask those with the knowledge and experience, what is needed to ensure I can earn consistently with this business? I’ve heard and read a few times property entrepreneurs almost stumbling across property packaging as a really good revenue stream, but can this be the same for someone starting from scratch in the property business? I understand there’s a compliance set up cost and process but what are the other barriers to entry? Thank you in advance for your help / advice / opinion!

Intro!
Hey, I am Jolanta. Based in York. I own hospitality businesses here but looking to expand into property. As I am new in this field I think starting from deal sourcing will build confidence and give me knowledge about properties much deeper.

Nice to meet you Jolanta!
Hi I’m Abi
So I have zero experience with property but I have been running businesses since 2013. I would love to have more flexibility with my time. I’ve always been interested in property but never had the capital or guts to go for it. Hopefully this could solve both those problems. Based in south wales!
