This week has been a decent one for me pretty happy things are all starting to move forward across my different businesses - Outreached to over 1,500 Investors from social media and grown mine group by 70+ people - Sold a BRR deal to Investor - One of my Properties has received an application for tenancy, which is great - Started the refinance process for five of my Properties which should release quite a bit some of cash to move into some more deals - I spent an evening down the beach with my family, trying to survive the hot weather - Best of all it’s my little ones fifth birthday tomorrow so really excited for that and his party with with our friends and family

Big win for me today is selling another BRR deal. Really happy as been working hard to get this investor the right deal... LET'S GOOO

Can anyone recommend any good audiobooks on sales, negotiation, mindset or business? Something that helps you to put things in to practice? I’ve listened to rich dad poor dad, the diary of a ceo and I’ve got grant cardones the closers survival guide. Do you have any other recommendations?

- Prepare well for my meeting to potentially take over 8 SA units - Get back into analysing new deals (a bit of time everyday) - Finalise and double down on decision to move away or not. (For context I have an opportunity to build a portfolio and get into commercial property, but there’s a lot of moving parts and things to consider)
