Loving the videos so far
I just watched the Jake Van Cleef breakdown, and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the simplicity of this approach. We have all grown up on organizing our digital lives with folders. Our repos are organized by folders. Why wouldn't our AI workflows?
I updated the icm-architect skill. Go grab the new version.
RinDig/icm-architect It runs in pretty much any agent now: Codex, Gemini CLI, Hermes, Claude Code, Cursor. Or hand the folder to any model and tell it to use the skill. Workspaces now start from an AGENTS .md file, so they aren’t tied to one company’s tools. It would work with others before just not as reliably, should be better now. I also cleaned it up a lot. The whole method comes down to three building blocks now: a sequence of steps, a shelf of same-shaped files, and a small map that points to everything. Every step ends at a check, whether that’s you looking at it or a small model doing it, so a mistake gets caught before the next step builds on it. There are also some small scripts that check your links and draw your whole workspace as a graph you can click through (very basic graph, obsidian is better for viz ill make a nicer one later) github.com/RinDig/icm-architect Install steps for each agent are in the README. Try it on something you do every week and tell me where it breaks.

Hey Clief Notes fam! 👋 I'm Matt and I'm stoked to be here. Balancing work, a family of four, and my goal to start my own business! Let's get it! 🚀
Dirty Laundry - Time for some housecleaning
Hey everyone, gather round. This one matters. 👋 We've been watching something, and it's time to name it. 🧭 The ICM posts, the AI breakdowns, the promo threads: solid work. Real value. No fluff. But some of those posts have a quiet second job: funneling traffic to something the author gets paid for. 🚨 Let's be precise about the line: Someone shares a great external resource? Fine. That's the good stuff. Someone shares their own work with no money in it, a free repo or an open tool? Fine too. That's building in public. Someone links their own COMPENSATED property (affiliate, referral, lead capture) so they personally benefit? Different animal entirely. 🐍 That's not sharing. That's extraction with a costume on. And it costs us. Every time: 📉 Trust drops. 🤐 High-quality members post less. 🔍 The signal gets harder to find. 📉 The feed gets noisier and less worth showing up for, even when the writing itself looks good. ➖➖➖ 📏 THE RULE, NOW OFFICIAL Simple. And let's be clear about what it is NOT. 🔗 Sharing useful external resources like a YouTube video, a guide, a tool you love? TOTALLY FINE. Keep them coming. That's the good stuff. What's NOT allowed: 1️⃣ LINKING ANYTHING YOU PERSONALLY BENEFIT FROM: affiliate cuts, referral bounties, lead capture. If personal gain is the engine, it doesn't fly here. 2️⃣ POSTS THAT ONLY EXIST TO FUNNEL TRAFFIC TO THAT STUFF. If the value lives behind your link instead of in the post, that's an ad, not a contribution. This applies to posts and comments, everywhere except the Connection Hub. Wanna pitch or network? Take it to the Connection Hub, and keep your links in your PROFILE. People click your name. They find it. That's the clean path. Think you're the rare exception? Ask a moderator first (@David Vogel or @Shirsho Guha). ⚠️ Fair warning: the default is no. ➖➖➖ ⚖️ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CROSS THE LINE No drama. No mystery. Just math: ⚠️ FIRST TIME: a moderator reaches out, and you edit or remove the post yourself. ⚠️ SECOND TIME: the post comes down, and you get a formal warning.

Agreed. It keeps the space useful for everyone. People come here to learn and share, not to get pitched!
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here’s where to start. 👋 You don’t need to watch the entire classroom before trying something. Pick a starting point, make something small, and bring your questions back here. 🧭 Find your way around Navigating the Course shows you what’s here and how to get around. If you’re new to working with AI, start with The Foundation. We work through prompting, context, and organizing your files so you can give an AI a job you can actually check. You’ll find guidance for Claude Code and Codex, plus a regular chat route where you save the files yourself. 💬 Use the check-ins At the bottom of the lessons, you’ll find polls and discussion posts. Share what you tried, what worked, and what needed correcting. If something doesn’t make sense, post the lesson and timestamp. “I got stuck right here” is a perfectly useful question. 🏆 Put something into practice Visit the Competitions Mega Thread for the current challenges, rules, and prizes. It’s a good excuse to finish something and see how other people approached the same problem. 📦 Looking for more?
