@Joey Bunnell That’s actually huge — having that kind of retention is what most barbers struggle to build in the first place. Feels like the real opportunity is turning what you do naturally into a system others can follow (especially newer barbers). That’s where I’ve been focusing with AI — helping shops automate follow-ups + rebooking so even barbers without a solid client base can build that consistency faster. If you ever want to test something like that with a couple of your guys, I’d be down to set it up.
