Who need some helpful/profitable tips?

When I started promoting my barbershop online, I honestly didn't expect this level of response. Right now, I'm getting online clients consistently every week, to the point that my chair is almost always full. It's a good problem to have, but it's also made me think big. I'm now considering hiring more staff, maybe even helping barbers looking for work find a spot in my salon, just to keep up the pace and continue offering quality. The biggest lesson so far: 👉 Mastering your craft is important, 👉 but how you present yourself online and how you interact with people makes all the difference. I'm curious to hear from others here who have reached this stage, when demand starts to push you to expand. What was your next step?
