A lot of people find work or the gym hard, but itâs because they donât follow a HSF routine. HSF prioritizes âhard sh*t firstâ and hereâs why. When I wake up my energy and willpower is at 100%. As the day goes on, my energy and willpower obviously goes down. So I stack HSF at the beginning of day and stack all my easiest stuff towards the end of the day. Thatâs how I always get stuff done that moves the business forward, and have worked out 5-6 days a week for the last 21 years (started at 12) because I simply do the hardest stuff first. I get up and gym and get hours of work done before most even wake up. As the day progresses not only does my energy go down, but willpower does to. Since I already did the hardest stuff first my body always relaxes more because it knows whatâs ahead is âeasier to do.â People who win have same issues, they just stack the odds in their favor.
