How to keep a good mood
I notice a positive effect in my mood by simply ⬇️ - limiting time on social - reading instead of watching tv - learning instead of being caught up in news The more you can keep your dopamine at baseline, the easier it is to keep a good mood.
80/20 rule
80/20 rule with ads. Here’s how you can get REAL 8x+ returns ⬇️ 1a. Build a massive organic audience 1b. Get cheapest front end leads possible. Usually a free course or lead magnet will do 2. Retarget leads to a paid course/group AND to a 1-1 offer. That’s it. Most your sales will come from phase 2 and not phase 1. Mind boggling to see some influencers who are clueless to retargeting make millions of dollars when it would be the easiest thing ever. Say a prayer for those who leave money all over the table because of ignorance. P.S. if you’re not an influencer either become one or run 1b. Influencers who make money don’t because they have good products it’s because they have free eyeballs 👀
Do HSF
A lot of people find work or the gym hard, but it’s because they don’t follow a HSF routine. HSF prioritizes “hard sh*t first” and here’s why. When I wake up my energy and willpower is at 100%. As the day goes on, my energy and willpower obviously goes down. So I stack HSF at the beginning of day and stack all my easiest stuff towards the end of the day. That’s how I always get stuff done that moves the business forward, and have worked out 5-6 days a week for the last 21 years (started at 12) because I simply do the hardest stuff first. I get up and gym and get hours of work done before most even wake up. As the day progresses not only does my energy go down, but willpower does to. Since I already did the hardest stuff first my body always relaxes more because it knows what’s ahead is “easier to do.” People who win have same issues, they just stack the odds in their favor. If you’re having issues doing something move it to the very beginning of your day, and that will stop 🛑
How to hire A Players
Here's how I hire A players ⬇️ Phase 1: post about it everywhere (email list, socials, top fb groups) + put job posts on linkedin (this has been the best for us and doesn't get shut down. Indeed is weird). Phase 2: Have questions on apps that disqualify immediately. This is one for a "coach" or "account manager." If they don't know how to do it all don't hire em. Hire like you would treat a relationship...good enough doesn't cut it. For account managers they must know sales, ads, marketing, CRM, all of it. Bad hires i've made they only knew a few and they had to rely on us to much. Good hires take work off your plate, not add. example of job application: https://support720802.typeform.com/BusinessCoach Phase 3: Move best looks to interview. Try to scare them away by asking the hard questions. Examples Below. Key thing is NOT to ask yes or no questions. Ask what previous jobs they had and what they did in a day and you'll know what experience they have. If they have no experience doing what you need they are a liability for the team. - Start by saying here’s what we do and our values - Here’s what this role is and what problem you’ll solve - What experience do you have, if any? What jobs have you done and walk me through what you do in a day to day? So what job and then a day to day for those jobs. - Test for culture (what does success look like to you?) - Give them a stress test - ask them a question and how they would solve it - Make sure their goals align with the company goals? - How much would you like to make? - Define what work from home means? - Have CEO do the final interview Phase 4: Test them out. Either give them a task to do or put they on a trial period (keep looking during the trial period). Never hire before you've tested them out. Will save you a lot of money and wasted time. Every mistake i've made I went against this model and my gut. You need people who see the world the same way as you AND have experience. Anything less is NOT an A player.

The right thing is always right
I had a possible death a few months (head hit the ground like a bouncy ball) ago and it’s really affected my health. - no energy - sleeping 12 hours - can’t think clearly Etc. (Boo hoo) I know. BUT to try to combat it I’ve only had Whole Foods (no sweets or proteins bars) and been going to bed extra early. Things that have happened. - better energy all things considered - Whole Foods only supply better energy - no sweet tooth at all - look like a spartan - better recovery We make our lives a lot harder than it has to be, good decisions fix most the stuff we complain about.
