1. Not being active, eating anything 2. Seeing Brittany’s post about a challenge helped my wife and I get motivated to join. 3. I have been in the gym feeling stronger and been more motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. 4 Having a group of people who motivate each other and encourage each other helped me. 5.anyone wanting to get healthy
