Yesterday’s big ah‑ha for me: I’d been thinking of my offer mainly as ā€œthe thing I have to sell to hit my income goals (like buying a house).ā€ That’s felt like a tension with my values, because I don’t want to just sell to anyone. What hit me yesterday yesterday is that an offer is actually the way you change someone’s life, not just a way to make money. If my program is designed specifically for the people I most want to help, then not offering it (or under‑pricing) actually withholds transformation from them. That reframes growth for me: creating a ā€œLevel 10 offerā€ and charging well for it isn’t about selling out, it’s about serving the right people more completely and letting the finances follow the impact.
