From an Evangelism camp I was part of we were preaching in Cal Anderson park (ChopZone) in Seattle. This video was taken right after I was punched in the mouth for preaching.

A friend and I were preaching downtown Nashville in front of the Apple Store during the SEC tournaments. We were getting a lot of high-fives, fist bumps and encouragement for what we were doing. Many of those people were intoxicated Christians walking with beers in their hands. I told My buddy, “Let’s see what happens if we preach Holiness and Repentance!” That was a record day of the number of beer bottles tossed at me around 8-10 mostly by people who would tell you they were Christians. Same day set a record for the number of drunk pastors (8-10 mostly from Kentucky) telling us how we should or shouldn’t be preaching the Gospel. Haha! Good Times!

I would also say if you’re not getting rejected then you’re probably not sharing the gospel very much.

@Sean Brignol I’ve been called every name imaginable, had beer thrown at me, bottles thrown at me, mace sprayed at me, knives and guns pulled on me, and been punched in the face for sharing Jesus. At some point all the putting off and attacks become a driving force to make you go after souls even more. The devil looses!

@Jordan Kreisle Sad thing is, they are being taught wrongly by Catholic religion to keep them in fear. My answer to who should I pray to, “Let’s start out with who you shouldn’t pray to Dead people and that includes Dead Saints!” Gotta tackle those golden calves.
