Hi everyone, My name is Aaron Snee I am 41 years old and based in Dundee, Scotland. I First started lifting weights when I was a kid at 13 years old and have been involved in the fitness industry on and off for around 20 years. In my mid 30s I decided to take my education up a notch and graduated last year with a Bsc Nutrition and Public Health and I am just about to start a Masters in Human nutrition this September. Career wise im currently trying to make the switch over from working with general weight loss and muscle gain to more in depth functional nutrition/medicine cases. I am currently trying to learn as much about peptides, nutritional periodisation and different lifestyle interventions as I possibly can to put into practice with clients. Looking forward to getting lost in some reading and discussion within this group. Thank you and its great to connect with everyone. The work i do currently is a mix between in person coaching and im currently helping people through some issues with nutritional and lifestyle guidance. Im hoping over time that I can take on more and more cases helping people more and more with various levels of metabolic dysfunction. Ive attached a few pics of the studio below.
