MCP Sample Tools SuiteApp
Has anyone installed this SuiteApp and have connected it with Claude.ai? We are having issues having the connection in Claude staying connected to NetSuite. Update Oct 30th - NetSuite support is loving us....they still can't seem to figure it out, it still doesn't work with the MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp. Case Response: "We have filed the following defect on your behalf: Defect 844988 : MCP Tools > Connection to Claude > Disconnected. Alternate Solution: None" FYI your account manager can be used to escalate your support cases (I did not know this) and our account manager also got his manager involved. Definitely made a difference in response time from support as well as the urgency level assigned to the defect.
