@Amy Jones, what I am doing mostly is doing using VA to make cold calls for probates and foreclosures. I’ve got a couple of probates that are waiting on paperwork to be taken care of in court. Once the client is willing to sell, I either sell the property as is or try to do some work and either list them, do a novation, or wholesale depending on the situation.

@Amy Jones , that is an amazing story. I’ve gotta say, I was wondering how I could go about making calls like that but it seems it is possible to do even when you’re deployed. Looks like I’ll have to focus my Fridays to make those calls to reach out to clients that are in my pipeline. While I have someone back in San Antonio with boots on the ground to help go to those appointments, I’ve gotta say that I need more help in that area. Now with OPM, I’ll need your knowledge and experience that you have. The question I have is how will that be possible since my focused market is San Antonio, TX!
