@Michael A Wiggins I have been extending myself will multiple roles for years with work. I’m cybersecurity, network management, computer management, communications management and sometimes I do payroll for not just one entity but 3. Corporations have different departments and backup personnel for these but I took them on.

Day 3 response
In 2026, I am no longer carrying responsibility and stress for others success. Wanting others to do better is different than others wanting to do better for themselves.

Draining
I can’t just say one thing. I have been pulled in so many directions that they all feel equally draining. If I had to pick one i would say working in IT.

@Michael A Wiggins Yes the work load. I currently have multiple projects along side my daily tasks.

Focus on one avenue
I believe I have tried to carry too many roles. At work as well as personal. For 2026 I will focus and scale back to concentrate on one specific goal until it’s completed.

Day 1
I have strengthened in the ability to adapt to situations that don’t go as planned. I’ve slipped in not speaking on situations that need to be addressed at that moment.
