In 2026, I am no longer carrying responsibility and stress for others success. Wanting others to do better is different than others wanting to do better for themselves.

Yes. If they succeed, we succeed. The team succeed. I always seen leadership more about influence and positive reinforcement.

The thing that quietly drained me the most in 2025 was dwelling on past failures, not just taking them as a learning and growth opportunity and just move forward.

A specific behavior I believe I strengthen as a leader is my intentional ability and effort to listen. There's a reason you have two ears and one mouth. You should listen to understand twice as much as you speak. One specific behavior I can improve upon is my social behavior. Being more approachable and open towards others action or inaction. I don't hide disapproval.
