@Derek Pruski should we compute our dosing based on the label amount or the tested amount?

Help w/caked over Tesa/Ipa
My alpha omega Tesa/Ipa blend has completely caked over and is not budging. I am looking for any guidance. So far the company has provided some loose instructions on usage, but I think this has gone bad. Anyone experienced this?

tirzepatide
Has anyone who was prescribed Tirz by their doctor and then switched to research experienced a difference in effectiveness?

I worked from 2.5 to 10 on tirz and had amazing food noise suppression. Switched to Reta a month ago and my food noise and appetite is definitely higher and I’m up to 6mg a week on Reta. I added cag and it’s still a bit noisy compared to tirz. I think I may tick them both up another notch to 8mg Reta and 750mcg of cag and stay there for a month. I will say, my weight is doing down ish still, so maybe truly Reta is magical bc the weight goes still.
Appetite suppression
Cagrisema vs semaglutide which has better appetite suppression?

Tirz👊
Tesamorelin & water retention
I’m starting a cycle for the first time & I’m hearing a lot about water retention. How are we managing this? Is it temporary? What’s the starting dosage and frequency? I’m thinking 1mg daily… Also, I take creatine and I’m wondering if I should stop it since that also makes you retain liquid (but in your muscles).
