I dose Tirz twice a week, Saturday and Wednesday at 0.09 mL each. Zero food noise. I take NADs daily, glutathione once a week, Slupp oral daily, and BPC-157 KVP oral daily. I’m sticking to a high-protein, low-carb diet (around 1,600 calories) and walking 2.5 miles six days a week. Down 30 lbs in 9 weeks!
