@Yash Bhatt it definitely doesn’t have to be beachfront to be a strong performer. The bedroom count alone puts this property in thin air- only 20 listings in all of Galveston at 7 bedrooms or more of the 3265 in the market. If you add a pool, that brings it down to only 11. Avg revenue of those properties is $143k. And if you do all the other things you’re probably the 2nd to the top performer in the market. 2nd best right now makes 207k Also the east end of Galveston has a lot more than just the beach- museums, tons of dining, water park, moody gardens, pleasure pier, etc
