Hey first time posting here, I've started swimming lessons about 9 weeks ago now and along with the lessons I've wanted to progress with where I'm stuck at certain points in my journey and found you guys on YouTube and they're the best instructional I've found and helped me a lot. I started off with a big fear of swimming from when I was younger so really had to go through all of the basics and have come a long way. At this stage I can front crawl through the water decently BUT I usually hold my breathe lol so the next thing I really need to nail down is breathing while swimming. Anything you would suggest to try and really get that skill I would appreciate, thanks
