Had to double close on this one but the profit was 30k. Do what the Ginns say and keep pushing no matter what. This was the biggest assignment/double close ive done since starting 4 years ago. It was 2 miles from my house. Happy hunting guys!

My response everytime. “Whats a wholesaler” make them feel as if they made that up. Works for me. But Ive also been doing it for 4 years and i actually Do buy my desls.
