WHAT I REALIZE ABOUT BUSINESS WILL SHOCK YOU TO YOUR GUT
Most agency owners are broke. Here's why. You started an agency to create freedom, but you're probably just building yourself a fancy prison. The truth is, most agency owners are obsessed with everything except the one thing that actually matters: revenue. They spend weeks on the perfect logo, the "vibrant" color palette, and a website that's a digital masterpiece. They're all dressed up with nowhere to go. Here's a hard dose of reality: Your brand doesn't pay the bills. Your website won't book a meeting. Your color palette can't close a deal. These things are distractions, and they keep you broke. The real money is in the dirty work. It's in the follow-ups, the cold outreach, the sales conversations that feel awkward and raw. It's about filling your pipeline and closing deals, not perfecting your hero section. This is where AI becomes a revenue-generating team member, not just a flashy tool. While you’re obsessing over your brand, an AI system can be your 24/7 sales agent. Think about it: an AI "war machine" can prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings for you—all while you sleep. This isn't about automating a few tasks; it's about building a system that consistently brings in qualified meetings without you having to lift a finger. The Fix: Stop building a brand and start building a pipeline. 1. Map your outreach: Identify your dream clients and where they hang out. 2. Build a simple AI agent: Use a tool like n8n to scrape leads, send personalized first-touch messages, and follow up relentlessly. 3. Focus on the sales conversation: Your only job is to show up to the booked meetings and close the deal. That's it. No more wasted time on fluff. AI handles the boring, manual work, and you handle the high-leverage conversations. Would you rather have the perfect brand or a fully booked calendar? Let me know in the comments.

@Harrison Jacques ik but the thing is my parents don't understand that fact they keep giving examples of some people they know and when i give examples of people like Zuckerberg and bill gates they say they didn't have any choice they weren't financially stable, but because we are , u don't need to do it.

Stop! Time to say thank you…
This morning, with a fresh coffee in hand and some quiet time in my favorite spot, I took a moment to center myself and thank God, for all that I have, and all that I don’t. As I reflected on this past year, one voice stood out clearly in my mind: Alex Hormozi. His frameworks around offers, pricing, sales, and mindset have completely shifted the way I think and operate. Over the year and so, I’ve dived deep into his teachings, and they’ve brought clarity, confidence, and real progress. I also had the honor of a 1:1 call with Alexi, a true leader and creator of the Accelerator University community. He builde something powerful. a place where real lessons are taught, and real tools are presented Anyone who applies what’s taught here will grow. It’s that simple. So here’s my moment of gratitude, loud on the inside: Thank you, God, for this path. And thank you, @Alexi Drouin , for the guidance and opportunity. If there’s any way I can support your mission, I’m in. Proud and grateful to be part of this community
