Happy New Year!!✨ How are you really feeling today?? Aligned?? A new year is always loaded with expectations, dreams, pressure, hope, and fear. It's kind of overwhelming. But this year feels different to me. I have been completing challenges, in the last month, that didn’t just help me focus, they cleared the clutter from my mind. I realized I wasn’t unfocused, just really overloaded. Collecting ideas, saving prompts, stockpiling “someday” information. My mind was busy, busy, busy. Last night, I had over 1,500 mobile notes. This morning, 139. No rereading. No second-guessing. Delete, delete, delete. This morning, I boxed up clothes I’ve been holding onto and took them to the shelter. I trimmed down the Skool communities I belong to. And now I am working on closing the many, many, many browser tabs that have my computer breathing like it’s running a marathon. This isn’t about decluttering for the sake of it. It is about making space for my coming abundance. I hope you are also taking steps to set yourself up for success this year. Hi, I’m Catherine. I’m based in Missouri and I’m a certified aromatherapist and EFT practitioner who works with women, especially entrepreneurs and creatives, who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hesitant to fully show up even though they know they’re capable of more. My newest offer dives into money, not budgets or spreadsheets, but the emotional patterns, beliefs, and survival responses that quietly keep us from having, holding, or feeling safe with it. Lately, I’m craving more clarity around simplifying my offers so everything feels aligned instead of like I’m running a small circus inside my brain. When I need to ground and reset, you’ll usually find me on a long walk with a good playlist, journaling, and using essential oils, basically anything that helps me get out of my head and back into my body.

From Faceless to stepping into the room
Last week, I did something that felt both strategic and deeply personal. I transferred ownership of my “faceless” Skool community to my primary account and rebranded it. Before the rebrand I had 93 midlife woman in the community, — all of whom joined through a faceless Instagram account. Now they are joining from both my faceless instagram and my original instagram. I can say that being faceless is safe. Being visible changes the energy. On the tech-side it was not so hard - I got good support from Skool. Here’s what actually mattered in this transition: 1️⃣ Ownership changes authority, not just admin rights When your name is on the community, members subconsciously recalibrate. They’re no longer following “content” — they’re following you. That shift alone raises trust and expectations. 2️⃣ Rebranding is emotional, not just visual A new name or identity isn’t about fonts and colors. It’s about alignment. 3️⃣ Visibility introduces nervous system work Going from faceless → visible isn’t a marketing move .For me it was an identity expansion. 4️⃣ The community didn’t reset — I did The members didn’t suddenly expect a different experience. I did. This shift matters to me because it brings my inner and outer goals into the same lane. Who I am becoming and the business I’m growing no longer need separate strategies. That kind of alignment changes how you lead.
