Happy New Year everyone! 🎉 I've been on my first ever cruise this week with my wife's family to celebrate Christmas & New Years and I've had very little access to Internet (hard for me to unplug lol) I attached some pictures but it's a Caribbean cruise where we've stopped at Grand Turk, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and a few other islands. Hey guys! Hope you all are having a great weekend. My travel schedule for November/December has been insanity with a honeymoon, weddings, family gatherings, etc.... Last night my wife and I stopped at Disney World in Orlando and funny enough I saw Disney using AI with its animations, park experiences, efficiencies, and more. And I kept thinking about Disney's new $1 Billion Deal with OpenAI (Sora) and what kind of impact that's going to have on their brand in the future. Fun stuff!

Hey guys! So the more I use Gemini 3, the more real world use cases I keep coming across. Here's one - Scraping transcripts from video files in a Google Drive folder. I was aware that Drive transcribes your uploaded videos but never thought to scrape these with Gemini natively. Instead of the tedious uploading to YouTube or building this workflow in Make/n8n, You can drop the Google Drive folder URL within Gemini and get quick access to those transcripts! Of course from here you can repurpose transcripts into social posts, blogs, emails, video scripts, etc, etc.
