End of Q1, Start of Q2
Hello everyone and thank you so much for your kind messages last week ahead of my surgery! Everything went well and I am recovering at home. This surgery was a huge win for me, since I waited 6.5 years for the NHS to fix my knee after an injury in 2019, and also a challenge as it has impacted my work and now my ability to walk for the next few weeks. So I thought I would bring the question to you, what has been your biggest win and challenge of the first quarter of 2026? What will you bring into Q2 and leave behind in Q1? Hopefully we can all celebrate each others successes and help each other through the challenges as well in this group :) Let me know how Q1 was for you and what your plans are for Q2! Wishing each of you all the best! Thanks again for your support last week, it is very appreciated ❤️ I've got lots of surgery photos, but I don't want to gross anyone out, so I won't post them with this message 😅 Architect Anna

That’s awesome news that the surgery went well! Great that you got it done! Okay you asked some good questions: Q1-Scheduled my first Copilot training (but not til June); what I will leave behind is making myself smaller to make someone else feel more comfortable! No more - goodbye! I’m standing in my full power. 🔥
What a month!
Earlier this month I flew to Dublin Ireland to deliver a full day of AI training. I've always wanted to go to Dublin, but just never got around to it, so this was a very exciting opportunity. I flew in the day before and explored the city from the docks, to the Guinness factory, all the way out to the zoo. I got to stay in a nice hotel and have dinner in my room as I prepared for the training the next day. Then it all happened so quickly, it was an amazing training day, I delivered the session, went to the airport, had dinner and came home. A very short, but sweet trip. Yesterday I got to speak at the British Library for a great event that will have an impact far beyond that session. Helping other entrepreneurs is one of my favourite things to do and from the session I delivered yesterday that could be tens of thousands of people and small businesses. I got lots of positive feedback from the day and I think it's so cool that I get to blow peoples minds on a regular basis! One of the best parts of the day was that my mom could be there, she flew in from America yesterday morning hours before I went on stage! She has never seen me do public speaking before and it was really special to have her at that event. But she didn't fly all the way from America just to hear me speak, she is here to help me over the next couple of weeks. Tomorrow I am having major surgery and pausing my AI training work while I recover. I'm hoping I can use my medical leave for some much needed deep work, thinking, learning and testing time, but the reality is I have no idea what kind of shape I will be in after tomorrow, so I am going to give myself a bit of grace to do as my body needs. That is also why I'm posting this on a Tuesday rather than the usual Friday post. I am truly so grateful my mom could be here to help me, and as independent as you and I may be it is still important to know when to ask for help and welcome it when it comes. So, what a month! International training, big events and now surgery.
What a month!

Anna!!! Wishing you the very best with your surgery. So glad your mom is there with you. Sending a big fat hug. And glad you got to see Dublin. (And thanks so much for answering my questions about recoding training sessions, etc!!) please let yourself rest as much as you can on the other side.
How I used ChatGPT to build my brand style (Step by Step)
A few weeks ago I used ChatGPT to help me clarify and redesign my personal brand and business brand styles. Then this morning I asked it to break down exactly what we did together step by step in case you wanted to do the same or would find the process useful. At the end of the day it still comes down to taste and as someone who worked in the architectural profession for over a decade I found this to be a helpful guiding process to get me the results I wanted quickly. Would you use a chatbot to help you with your branding? Below are the step by step notes from ChatGPT about how you can do the same if you're interested. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Step 1: Start With Feel, Not Colour Do not ask for hex codes first. Ask yourself: What should people feel in the first 3 seconds when they see my slides or website? For me: Creative and functional. I told the chatbot the emotional tension I wanted. That narrowed the direction immediately. Step 2: Choose the First Impression Ask yourself: Should people feel authority first, or energy first? For my personal brand, energy leads. For my company, authority leads. That created two visual lanes: - Architect Anna = expressive - Markitect = structured Step 3: Anchor in a Metaphor Instead of picking trendy colours, I asked: What feels timeless? The answer: nature. We landed on an ocean metaphor: - Deep blue = depth and strategy - Turquoise = clarity and movement - Coral = life and human warmth That single decision made the palette coherent and future-proof. When you use nature as logic, you stop chasing trends. Step 4: Decide on Structure vs Expression I asked: Should this brand feel more grid-based and structured, or more fluid and expressive? Answer: - Markitect = clean, structured, blueprint-style - Architect Anna = fluid, expressive, editorial That gave me two systems with shared DNA. Step 5: Generate Visual Prototypes Only after clarifying positioning did we generate mock slides.

That looks so great! I love the watercolor background. Gorgeous. Interesting to see how you approached this. Thanks for sharing!
Doubts and Dips are normal
Doubts and dips can come in waves and if you can start to predict how often those waves are and what causes them you can start to design a life that accommodates them. For example the work I do as an AI trainer and public speaker has a lot of high moments like big keynotes and work with cool companies. But then normally after those very exciting days, rather than feel amazing I am predictably a bit down for a few days. So I am trying to design a future schedule where I can have a few days grace period after those big days. (that is not currently the case, but it's all a work in progress) If you also have high and low days it may be worth investigating and setting aside a life design session about how you can reduce those lower days or accommodate them. Let me know if you have any questions about this, if you'd like a guided prompt for the process or any thoughts on the topic. I hope you have a lovely weekend and are feeling more up than down at the moment. I believe in you! Architect Anna

Do you need more leads?
Hey everyone! I hope you had a great week. I am here to help, and last week, there was a request for help generating more leads for their business. So I created a Lead Generation Strategy Prompt (see attached) that will help you identify some great lead generation routes for your business and the pros and cons of each. I also included some follow-up questions for you at the end of the document, once you've completed the exercise, to help build your confidence and avoid self-sabotage. Good luck, and if there is a particular resource or strategy you need help with, let me know, and I will do my best to create it for you ☺️ Have a lovely weekend! Architect Anna
