Hello everyone. It's nice to make your acquaintances. My name is Julisha and I enjoy reading, writing and watching true crime documentaries. I joined this community to connect with like-minded individuals and because @Jenny Landis has been super supportive, kind and of great assistance ever since I have first interacted with her.

Yesterday I created something slightly outside my comfort zone a short voice-over a couple paintings. As @Dylan Johnson noted there is no perfect camera angle since that was what I was fussing about. It was about honesty. I haven’t been painting much lately, and instead of judging that, I chose honour it. My real win? Committing to return to daily creative practice…gently. Honest moment: I have a show at the library for the month of January and I have been putting it off making anything new. That’s what prompted this reminder that event 15 minutes count (that is 1% of your day) 💭 Soft reflection: Where could you show up just a little braver this week?
