@Dr. Stephanie Murauskas This is a cool way to give people more than just a promo slot. Getting the person and the work in front of the community makes the feature much more useful.
🚨WHAT IF YOU KNEW WHAT TO FIX?🚨

A community that grows because people want to be part of it. And when growth slows? Instead of guessing, you know where to look. @Lisa Viviers The 90-day growth plan is a smart part of this. Most community owners probably don't have a problem with ideas they have a problem knowing which thing to fix first.
Your "Morning Routine" Is Your Excuse To Avoid Doing Hard Things.
Your 40-step morning routine isn’t a self-care protocol. It’s an elite-level procrastination strategy. If you need three hours, five supplements, a red-light panel, and a breath work session just to feel prepared to confront your day, you don't have a routine, you have an excuse. The second real life interrupts that checklist, the whole house of cards collapses. "I couldn't execute today because I missed step 17." That isn't high performance. That’s fragility hiding behind wellness culture. Most personal development programs fail because they keep you comfortable. They preach soft discipline and mental frameworks while completely ignoring the physical vessel required to carry the load. Mindset without physical strength is just talking a big game from a fragile body. While the internet is suddenly discovering high-density execution blocks, we’ve been running them for years: zero fluff, maximum intensity in short bursts, and relentless action. No 3-hour warm-ups. Just output. I’m breaking down this exact execution architecture live this Friday at the Resilience Ledger Summit. We’re stripping away the performative noise to build real physical power and compression focus that holds up under pressure. Drop BLOCK in the comments below if you’re ready to stop warming up for your life and actually start executing. I’ll send over the details to grab your spot.

@Aaron Murauskas The funny part is when the routine becomes harder to maintain than the thing you were supposedly preparing for. At that point the preparation has become the resistance.
🍂 HAPPY SEPTEMBER 1ST, EVERYONE!
If you’ve been saying, “I really want to try UGC…” consider this your little nudge to LOCK. IN. 👀 Q4 is coming, which means brands are about to need content for holiday launches, gifting, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year campaigns… all the things. And something a lot of beginners don’t realize: 👉 You do NOT need paid brand work before you can build a UGC portfolio. Pick 5-6 products you already own. Create solid sample videos. Add a few content/product photos. Get that portfolio LIVE. You don’t need to spend September making it perfect. You need to spend September getting READY. 🙌 If getting your portfolio finished is the part keeping you stuck, I break it down into simple, actionable steps inside my UGC community for FREE with fun challenges! Come join us here: https://www.skool.com/creator-compass-collective-4437/about💛

@Jamie- Creator Compass UGC Coaching The portfolio-before-paid-work point is the real unlock here. You’re basically telling beginners to create the proof first instead of waiting for someone to give them permission.
5 tools I’d use to become more visible without being everywhere at once
Getting noticed online isn't just about posting more. You need content worth sharing, a way to stay consistent, people to connect with, and a system that keeps all those moving pieces from becoming overwhelming. A simple stack can help: - ChatGPT / Claude — brainstorm content angles, turn your ideas into posts, prepare speaking topics, and help you get past the “what do I even post?” stage. - Canva — create polished social posts, presentation slides, lead magnets, and summit materials without needing to be a designer. - Loom — record quick educational videos, speaker introductions, tutorials, or personalized messages that let people actually hear and see your expertise. - Notion — organize content ideas, speaker opportunities, collaboration notes, event planning, and resources so good opportunities don't get lost. - Floment — keep the execution organized with projects, tasks, progress updates, and AI assistance so you can actually follow through on your visibility and content goals. But tools are only part of the equation. Visibility grows when you combine the tools with real human connection. That's what makes communities like this interesting. You can discover speaking opportunities, learn from guest experts, get feedback on your content, connect with other creators, and find potential collaborations, instead of trying to build your visibility completely on your own. If you're a coach, creator, business owner, or aspiring speaker who wants to be more visible, create consistently, and build genuine connections, I'd start here. Check out the workshops, meet the people inside, and see where you can contribute. You don't have to be an established expert to start putting yourself out there. What's harder for you right now: creating content, getting comfortable being visible, finding speaking opportunities, or making the right connections?

@Tony Iverson The tool stack can make you more consistent, but it can't make people care. That human connection piece is what actually turns visibility into opportunities.
