I am a bit late to the party, but I've been meaning to share Rick Redding's Mealprep community here for a long time!! It's still really small, but Rick just has THE best energy and does an amazing job! He is super grounded, fun, and just ... shows up, no matter what. 💗💗 He's currently in the midst of a "Sourdough adventure" as he makes one from scratch for the first time and let's us follow along. But his classroom is full of truly brilliant meal prep recipes, he has live cooking classes, shares macros, has a whole 3$ meal series, and is very conscious of keeping it both as healthy and uncomplicated as possible. I reaaaally, really recommend this little investment! And ... I'd love to see you there! 😁
🤯 Coworking / Body Doubling
Are you familiar with Coworking aka Body Doubling? Coworking is a kind of body doubling, and when it's done well (like in Connect & Collab + Coworking 🤓), it's helpful for ANYONE who needs to get stuff done! (ADHD Side Note: Focus is important for all of us, of course. But this is extra important for friends who have ADHD. I have ADHD and took meds for well over a decade but have been managing it without medications for more than 19 years now. Body doubling is HUGE in my world!) ➡️ WHY BODY DOUBLING HELPS WITH FOCUS: - It creates external accountability -- because someone else is THERE, it's easier to start AND finish - Reduces the friction to start the task (this is the hardest part with ADHD specifically) - Provides a really gentle structure - Adds social pressure but again, in a gentle way. Especially when the intention is encouragement, kindness, and connection as you do the things! - Keeps your brain anchored in the present moment (you're less likely to drift into who knows where) - Helps regulate you nervous system -- calm and focused for the intentions you set, rather than scatted and overwhelmed - Decreases neverending procrastination loops - Decreases overthinking - Sets time limits in a positive way + creates time awareness - Less sexy tasks (aka BORING STUFF) feels more tolerable when you have good company and friends along for the ride - Even the shared energy and presence of other humans 🫶 gives you a mini dopamine boost - Cuts down on distractions, especially when it's done well - Intention turns to action DURING the time - Can help you to start faster and often finish faster too, whoo hoo! - Creates momentum, because action breeds more action! - Makes work feel lighter, fun, and even downright pleasurable - Helps you to get clear on your tasks ("What AM I doing during this hour?!") - Reinforces good habits of showing up rather than just relying on motivation - YOU SEE FRIENDS! Our five minutes at the beginning and end of each session is kinda like hanging out at the water cooler, but instead of the gossip flowing, it's motivation. C'MON THAT IS FANTASTIC!

AND: if you have an undefined / open sacral center in your Human Design chart, it can feel especially draining to get things done sometimes. And connecting with people sho DO have a defined sacral motor makes it much easier to get things done then.. 🫶😉 So for Projectors and Reflectors, this can be EVEN more powerful than for other types.

Spiritual Connection Through Intuitive Art
I’ve been a member of this group for a while and love reading about what everyone is doing. I have not been so great about posting though because my community and the work we do there feels hard to put into words, I thought I'd start with the backstory. In short, my group is about using intuitive art as a meditative spiritual practice. But it is so much more than that! I have been on a spiritual path for over 30 years. I have read more books than I could ever count. But I still felt discouraged and unfulfilled, like something was missing. I understood the concepts like spirituality, manifestation, and divine guidance, but I did not really know how to live it consistently. I would have moments that felt magical and divinely led, but most of the time my spirituality felt separate from my actual daily life. A few years ago I started doing small intuitive paintings just to relax. Within a month I noticed I was less reactive with my kids and my husband. I felt calmer and lighter. During those painting sessions I would get insights about things that had been weighing on me. Sometimes I would free write after and the words would just flow in a way I could not have accessed before, and the messages were exactly what I needed in that moment. Over time, art became my go to whenever I needed to reset, tune in, or get clarity. For the first time in my life, I felt like I finally "got it!" The real test was when I found out I had breast cancer in June, literally the same day my dad passed away. My world turned upside down, to say the least, but my painting practice is what got me through with more grace and trust than I would have ever thought possible. This is what the SoulFully Creative Community is about. We use intuitive art as a meditative practice, to quiet the mind, reconnect, process stuck energy, and dialogue with soul/Source energy so you can move through life with more grace, clarity, and connection. If this resonates and you would like to try it out, I love to welcome you into the SoulFully Creative Community.

I can truly recommend @Dara Chambers group (and consistently do that! 😁), as it's life changing. 🤩 But what she offers cannot be described, it has to be experienced. As she has a free tier now, it's never been easier! So ... come and play!!
OMG! 🤩
I am not sure I feel comfortable making this post, but what the hack, I am doing it any way.. 3 days ago I made a new community. Unfortunately it was placed in the money category (they where not open to moving it elsewhere 🙃) and I started off at place 5000 something. Now look at this! (photo). I am ABSOLUTELY loving the vibe in there. And that is thanks to some great people like @Chris Brandwein who supported me in starting this adventure and @Deleted who just joined today. I made my first ‘The Visitor’ review and I am happy it landed so well. It make me realize that fulfilling your purpose doesn’t always look like you think it does. This comes so naturally and I enjoy it so much and it still is of value for others, I can still be of service. In a lighter and more authentic way. If you’d like to join, I would be really happy to have you 💛 The Visitor
