WW: - Despite fighting off an illness, I’ve managed to bump the load and rep counts on almost all exercises in my program in week 4. Before this block, back extensions wasn’t something I’d done frequently but with this program I managed 7.5 kg and 1 rep up over week 2. - Never really trained core very much before this block, could barely do an ab rollout. I’m now close to achieving full depth on these. Bottleneck: - Consistently getting the protein and carbs in! (Work in progress)
