Be honest… How many times have you restarted already this year? That used to be me too. Every Monday. Every “this time I’m serious.” Every motivation wave that disappeared 3 days later. The weight loss wasn’t the hardest part. The hardest part was finally becoming somebody that stopped quitting on himself. That’s what “No More Day 1s” really means. Not perfection. Not starving. Y’all see why I keep saying this ain’t just a fitness group? This right here. THIS. @Aaron West could’ve quit after week 2. Could’ve disappeared after one bad weekend. Could’ve started over every Monday like most people do. But instead? My boy just kept applying pressure. Quietly. Consistently. One day at a time. And now look… 245 down to 209. Body changing. Face changing. Confidence changing. That’s what happens when you stop chasing motivation and start building standards. And I want everybody in here to really understand something… This transformation ain’t about perfection. It’s about NOT quitting on yourself. That’s the culture we building in here. @Catherine Benn that’s great … I’m at the gym now trying to improve my pull ups .. they suck …. Do you have any fitness goals for this week for me? I’m gonna try to drop down under 15% body fat.
