Today I want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible Admin Team that helps make this community what it is. @Julie Findleton @Paul Brown @Suzane Mesheau @Ruby Dack Most members see the classes, posts, comments, and activities. What they don't always see is everything that happens behind the scenes. These amazing people: 🧶 Design patterns and projects 🧶 Host classes and crafting hours 🧶 Answer questions and support members 🧶 Encourage people when they're struggling 🧶 Celebrate wins, big and small 🧶 Welcome new members and help them feel at home 🧶 Share ideas that help the community grow But their contribution goes even deeper than that. They help protect this community. They help guard the culture we've built together and watch out for those who may not have the community's best interests at heart. They help ensure this remains a safe, encouraging, supportive place where members can learn, grow, and connect. And on a personal note... They are also the people I can go to when I need encouragement. Running a community isn't always easy, and there have been many times when their support, wisdom, ideas, and friendship have helped me keep moving forward. Members joined this community to learn and connect here. Keeping discussions and resources inside the community helps everyone benefit. 🧶 Make an Effort This community works best when people participate. Ask questions. Share projects. Like posts. Leave comments. Encourage others. Why? Because we want to ensure patterns are organized, easy to find, and provide a great experience for members. Approved patterns will be placed in the Community Library rather than directing members outside the community.
