Tonight we had the joy of celebrating with @Kathy Adams As we talked about dreams for the future, Kathy shared that she's working toward her ASL certification and hopes to one day build an American Sign Language community here on Skool. She also shared something that really resonated with us. She wants to become a stronger community leader. Kathy, thank you for showing up tonight and sharing your heart with us. Your excitement for learning, serving others, and becoming a stronger community leader was inspiring. We can't wait to watch your ASL journey unfold and celebrate with you when your community opens its doors one day. 💙 What a beautiful reminder of why Skoolology exists. Every member who joins brings a different dream. Different experiences. Different goals. But we're all here because we believe communities can change lives, and we want to become the kind of leaders our communities need. Tonight we laughed. We encouraged one another. We celebrated another dream taking shape. And once again, we were reminded that every conversation adds another page to our story. To everyone who has joined us over the past few days...thank you. A few things to know before you post: 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. Our own community read low on its first pass through the framework. A score is a map of where to work, not a grade on you, and the builders who post honest numbers are the ones who improve fastest. Nobody in this thread is keeping score on you. The framework already did, and now we get to work. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱. If your numbers came back strong but your community isn't booming yet, it means one of two things. Either the room is strong inside and people can't find it, which is a Reach problem, and Reach has different fixes than Build. Or the grading was a little generous, which happens to everyone scoring their own work, and the capstone in the course cures it with one rule: evidence for every number. Post your scorecard and say which one you suspect. Both are fixable, and both are more common than booming. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰, 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗔𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘆. You do need to be a member to comment or post. Some courses are in the private part, members only. So, share at whatever level feels right. The full scorecard is great if you're comfortable with it. If you'd rather keep your numbers private, one line does the whole job: "I scored lowest in Kinship, and I'm working on it this week." That's all the right people need to find you.
