Day 5/7 for me was focused on upper extremities. Got some really good stretches with resistance bands. My shoulders have definitely been feeling a bit tight lately.

I’m on graves schedule so this is day 4 for me as well. Worked on hamstring and ankle flexibility.
February Day 3/7
Worked my shoulder and wrist flexibility today. I definitely am going to continue focusing on my flexibility in the future. I know that it’s something that is way undervalued for injury prevention.
