Well y’all I’ve been MIA the last few weeks.. like the Fresh Prince of BelAir my life got flipped, turned upside down… but I didn’t land in a fancy BelAir mansion but rather the unemployment line, I fell victim to position elimination during company acquisition.. so I’ve been sulking, eating my feelings, being hella lazy, failing on my promises/commitments to myself of getting back on track with healthy habits/actions & applying for 975,000 jobs.. Hopefully things are on the upswing for jobs though, I had a field interview/shadowing yesterday, I have an in person interview today for a position I phone interviewed for last week & panel interview next week for the position I field interviewed for yesterday.. today I got up & did some strength training & am already feeling “better”. I have been following along though!! It’s not about how many times ya fall though it’s making sure you get back up !!

Wacky Wednesday
A little elevation to start my day. Went a little lighter then I normally would on some of these because of the elevation. But still felt great, I slowed the moves down to give my self a little extra. Curtsey lunges were better this time.

Thriving.
Thriving Tuesday for Tahoe ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻 Sunday Tahoe went home to Heaven unexpectedly. He had two massive tumors one on his spleen that ruptured. We knew he was aging and starting to struggle more this past year but he was only 8.5 years old. Sharing about him because I filmed today’s workout Sunday evening after he went home. ❤️‍🩹 The hardest part is not knowing what Boston is thinking and feeling. Enjoy today’s workout. Thriving sometimes doesn’t look like thriving sometimes but this is us thriving in the current season we didn’t anticipate. 🙏🏻❤️‍🩹

This workout was a struggle. I didn't think it was gonna be. But I found out real fast my arms still were unhappy about yesterday's workout. But pushed thru and made it happen. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Well the upper was good once I got the routine. The lower elevated curtsey lunges weren't so nice. My legs are so tight they didn't want to do it. But I got them done slowly. Must say the plank reach for 10 min was torture. But i didn't die.
