Today’s Star Call felt really special. Small group, big conversations. Bouncing ideas back and forth, honest moments, real life stuff — the kind of space where you can actually exhale a bit instead of feeling like you need the perfect words. We spoke about capacity, work and home life, school overwhelm, and what regulation actually looks like in real life — not in theory. What stood out most was the gentle back-and-forth, sharing experiences without judgement and realising they weren’t alone in what they’re navigating. Thank you to everyone who showed up, listened, and shared a piece of their story. And to those who couldn’t make it — there will be more gentle spaces like this coming soon! I am now going to organise the children then do some research on how to best support on the topics that were raised. 🌱

While I’ve been resting and taking things slowly, I’ve found myself jotting down ideas and making little notes on my phone. One of the things that’s started to take shape is Child Regulation Cards to sit alongside the parent deck. Nothing is being pushed into creation right now — I’m still very much relaxing and just letting ideas land naturally but I'm really excited about them and I can't wait to start working on them properly!!

I am rather poorly today so I have slowed down a bit... Been told off by some of you 😉 But I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you… truly.
