@Adam Lloyd it’s good. It’s a goruck bag with the steel rectangle plate that slides in a sleeve. It’s not for long time periods, for the 24hour stuff I use the pack with the external frame it’s better for my back 😂 Been meaning to look at setting up a local strong dads ruck clubs, what you think?
